Laurie Crouse was more than just our real estate broker, she was our ´move mentor.¡ She helped with all phases of our move, and really listened to us and cared about our concerns and interests. She helped us find the perfect house in the perfect town. My wife, Laura, and I had never bought a house before. We didn't know a wet bar from a wet basement; insulation from insurance. We didn't know what to look for or what to look out for. We were, by sheer accident, in a complicated series of real estate deals; We wanted to buy a particular Condo, very briefly available and at the same time we had to dispose of our long-loved house at 84 Bayberry Lane in which we lived for many years.
